Installing Shadowbox

I am unclear how to get the shadowbox effect to work with phoca gallery. I went to the Shadowbox.js site and d/l shadowbox using the jQuery adapter. Is this right? So, I have the Shadowbox.zip file on my hard drive, do I install it using the Extension Manager? How does it work with Phoca Gallery?

Ignore my previous post. I figured out that the option button in the control panel allows you to select the animation method.
