Problem with boxplus

Sorry! I have bad English! I am writing a translator!

When the setting is "boxplus (image only)" - a detailed picture loading picture!
But when in the settings is "boxplus" - the image is not loaded. Showing only animation download!

What could be wrong?

Hi, on your site you have some javascript problems which then prevent from succefully running of boxplus. Try to recheck javascript on your site. Seems like some fade script is problematic

Hi, then you need to check all other extensions loaded on on your site and check their output to javascript errors (I don't know where the fade script is comming from - from which extension - maybe it is some module)

I downloaded a separate plug-in "plg_boxplus_j1.7" tried to copy from a file "boxplus.js" - window "boxplus" was downloaded a blank window (no photo).
I do not know what else to do!

Namely: "Adds Suffix to URL"

(if there is "yes" - then "boxplus" does not work!!)
