Phoca Gallery Watermark Problem

Hi

I've installed Phoca Gallery some time ago and I configured it as best i could. I recently wanted to use the watermark feature, but since then it doesn't work to upload pictures. The frontend tells me though with all this works fine, has the pictures are created in the appropriate directory and also in the right categories.
They are not displayed, and comes in both thumbnail and the original message that the image is not available and the site remains empty.
This remains so now, after I've deselected the Watermark feature.

Had someone already this problem and a workaround for me?
