ReCaptcha stopped showing

I have Phoca 1.5.3 installed. I created a captcha key and inserted it in Phoca/parameters and everything worked fine.
Then, for some reason, I deleted the key and generated a new one and inserted it the same way, and now the ReCaptcha will not show at all. I specified "random maths and ReCaptcha". What shows now is math and the default but no ReCaptcha.
Obviously I did something wrong, but what and what can I do to rectify this?

Hi, really no idea, try to test if the captcha code is valid, etc.
