Showing Folder Icon Instead of Thumbnail Photo

I just upgraded to Joomla 2.5 and after reviewing the site the only issue I see is the icon display. Right now it is currently showing folder icons with a pad lock Instead of the thumbnail photo.

In the settings I have the following set as

Display Inaccessible Categories: Yes
Display Image Instead Of Folder Icon :Yes

Prior to the upgrade everything was as expected. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, is the category inaccessible? If, yes, no more thumbnails will be displayed as category folder.

Is this a change they have made to the extensions? It use to work the way I described.
