My main gallery page uses a menu item set to "List of Images (Category View)" The site is here: http://ricmorte.com/index.php/photo-gallery There is no Category set in the menu item - so all categories are displayed.
The main gallery page shows just the 5 categories. I'd like to be able to add some text and/or some static images at the top, just above the image categories. I have tried using the "Categories View Description" in the options but it does not display in the "List of IUmages (Category View)". Is there a way I can get "Categories View Description" to display in this view or can you suggest a way I can add more content to the gallery home page?

Hi, go to Options of Phoca Gallery and set this text with static images in Categories View Description - this is the first parameter in Options - in case you have a link to Categories View.
In case, you have link to category view, then at top the category description will be displayed.
