Erreur API Facebook: A session key is required for calling this method (453)

This error appears on a fresh Install of Joomla 1.7 with Phoca Gallerw 3.1.2

Does anyone has an idea what I can do? The app at Facebook is installed, Data copied into the component, like I already did but it doesn't work...

I just updated another site of ,ine to see if it's perhaps a version error but on this page it is working without an error...

I am getting the same error when trying to select album through Category->Facebook Album->Select Album

"Facebook API Error: A session key is required for calling this method (453)"

I tried all ways to delete and re-create everything but same error again and again.

yes that is exactly my problem too... I reinstalled joomla, gallery checked setting etc etc etc but nothing worked.

I have an old Installation and that one is still working, for now...

I think Facebook has changed something....

@bharris401 - Not solved!!!

@phoenix_78 - Any clue how your old site is working fine? Are you sure you cloned every setting from there? If that is working on your old installation, it might not be Facebook problem.

Same issue here.

Because of the Phoca Gallery Facebook function, I started migrating from Joomla 1.5 to 1.7 on CloudAccess Hosting's demo site. I installed Phoca Gallery 3.1.2, created the Facebook App, load and pasted the Facebook User Settings, Created a new Phoca Gallery Category, at the bottom selected the Facebook User ID and hit the button Select Album ... oops ... it encountered the error : Facebook API Error: A session key is required for calling this method (453)

I am sure I had load and pasted the session key in the Phoca Gallery > Facebook User Settings.

Looking forward to hear some news on this issue.

I downloaded this specifically for the Facebook feature (version 3.1.2). Does anyone know if it is working in V3.1.1?
