How to download the User Control Panel-Frontend User Upload

Hi,
I new to joomla. and here I'm developing a website using joomla 1.5 rhuk_millkyway theme. and what i need is, My project working for a reputed hotel. The Hotel Website administrator can upload the data's and images with for the given pages. The thing is when the admin or publisher make a post to web page. we have to restrict their upload image. And The content should not exceed then limit.

I searching last two three days for the components are available. I found the phoco Gallery component in User Control Panel - Front end & Back end user upload. but i cant download the file. i see the documentation that's are all matches with my requirements. But i can't see the download link in page anywhere.

if you have any link to download for the component. please advise me to download it from where the file is located too.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi, in Phoca Gallery you can upload only images.
