Captcha to clear

Hi all, Hope someone can help me.

I'm running the Joomla! 1.5.25 Stable with Phoca guestbook 1.5.3
The Captcha is to clear for spambots. The captcha is only shown in standard. I have it set on random with all possibilities. but it's not working. Someone knows and have a solution for it?

Hi, did you check if the random is not cleared by parameters in component in menu link to guestbook, see:
