No message displayed during administrator review

Hi,
I'm using PGB 1.5.3 with Joomla 1.5.21. The settings in the component as well as in the menu are: Review message YES, e-mail to Administrator. After the recent update to 1.5.3 I receive as the Administrator an e-mail. The person who posts the message however does not see a confirmation text displayed as was in the previous version (Thank you for your entry, message will be displayed after the Administrator has reviewed it). All the rest works fine.
Can you give an advice?

Hi, do you use still the same template? Does the template include system message area?

Hi Jan,
Yes, I still use the same Joomla template. Furthermore, if I use Phoca guestbook 1.4.4 I see the confirmation message.

Hmm, testing with latest version and no problem there
