joomla 1.7.3, phoca 3.1.1. padding problems

i have read those 2 treads:

but did not quite fix my problem

in my case the padding of only the gallery image is not right, moving the image above the upper-shadow-border.

i fixed this in firefox by adding top padding in the phocagallery.css file (last line below):

#phocagallery td {
	border-style: none;
	border: 0px;
	padding-top:8px;

this only works within firefox unfortunately. i.e. and chrome still look distorted...

any help would be appreciated!

note: i have installed the dutch language files. hope to get some insights how to fix this for all browsers....
