Little bug in themes

PG 3.1.1. In Themes, there under "Background Image - Small Thumbnail" shows twice option: "Small Image Height:" I think second needs to be "Small Image Weight:"
And, earlier under Themes was three options, now one <- maybe its normal
PS Forum shows "temporarily unavailable" too mouch times

Parameters component are not more used in Joomla! 1.7:

Width string - fixed in 3.1.2
