Phoca Gallery Thumbs 1/4 showing (on IE9) - Very Strange

For some reason on IE9, on my gallery pages, only the first ~20 thumbnails load and the rest of them will show loading until I scroll and then they stop loading and have a little dot in the center. Here is a SS



They work find if I go through the slide-show, but they don't show up as thumbs on the category pages. Very strange problem. Anyone know what it could be?
