Italian J17 translation

Hello
I have a problem.
I just download the last version of Phoca for Jommla 1.7 and the Italian J17 language file.
In the back end the COM_PHOCAGALLERY_TAGS are without translation.
Is it possible ?
By the way when I crete a category the I see two warning:
1) Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /web/htdocs/www.siapbologna.it/home/libraries/jooml ... mysqli.php on line 391
2) Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /web/htdocs/www.siapbologna.it/home/administrator/c ... radmin.php on line 70
The second warning is on the right side of the title of the category.
