Edit posts before they appear on the frontend

By setting the report to "No" in the edit option for the guestbook on the backend, the posts appear immediately on the same page as the guestbook form. It would be good to edit them BEFORE they appear on the frontend to remove any inappropriate content. How is this done?

Hi, report function is assigned to be used with Phoca Download.

If you want to authorize the posts before displaying, just set in parameters, that the files should be authorized first.

I thought there were no parameters in 1.7?
