Can't upload photo's

Dear all,

I have a problem with uploading of photo's to the website.

Please find underneath an overview from the way of working so maybe you can see what I am doing wrong:

* Create a new category
* Go to Photo's / upload more photo's
* I go to "more upload"
* I add some pictures and start the upload

But then I get the message: Fout: Mislukt om de uitgaande stroom te openen (wrong: unable to open the outgoing stream) but when I use the Java upload option there is no problem.

Can somebody help me with this so I can upload my photos with this option?

It's getting more strange:

What have I done:
[*] update to version 3.1.0
[*] put all the files and directories from my site on permission 777
[*] tried to upload a file ..... and it worked
[*] tried to upload the same file (and any other file) and it failed

I don't know it anymore ........

Jan: is it an option that a create a user log in for you so you can have a look into my site?

Hi, the same file cannot be overwritten, if there is the image with same name, the uploaded image will be not uploaded.
