I can't download images from picasa wen album. I am with joomla 1.5.23

the name of the picasa web album is good
the name of the album is good

the autor Key is good

so ?? !!! HELP

Json is enable, allow_url and curl also

i don't have # or space in name and i already saw we should take care at the case sensitive

and picasa album is public

so ?

we are OK in auth key we put the authkey only, not all url with authkey

Once again i create new categorie, try to upload from picasa and once again i can't with a error message.

So i want to understand, i am tired to get problem.

I have look at the sql table and see for this categorie, field extid is blank instead for the other categories with a value

why and what ? Is this can explain my problem ?

I have chech and re check and re re check ...

the name of user is not e-mail adresse right ?
if the name is "' la grappe yerroise " with blank is that can create problem ?
the auth key is the authkey from google, not the url ?

error message is Phocagallery_Picasa_not_loaded_user ?

is the user name should be in joomla ?

I found !!!!

first the name user from picasa is none e-mail nor login it is the number which is in the URL !!!
second, even if you rename the album in picasa, the first name (when creating) is still available for picasa check what is in the url of this album to have the right name with upper lower case

Hi, I don't have any problem with adding the user name as name (in fact didn't get any number any time and don't know it )

Will be great if you can summarize experiences so they can be added to user guide - guide is mostly made by users (it is not possible for me to update and write every possible information to guide which I don't know and which I don't have any experiences with it, I am still human overloaded by doing free extensions in my free time )
