publishing guestbook entries on the website

I am new to joomla. As part of creating a website for my professional organization, I downloaded the guestbook and installed it. I then sent two entries. Those entries showed up in the posts window of the backend. They apparently (at least I could not find them) are not published to the frontend. Assuming that they can be published to the frontend, where would they appear? And, would i as administrator be able to approve and/or edit the posts before they appear in the front end?

I hope my questions are clear. By the way, I am using joomla 1.7.

Hi, Phoca Guestbook includes approving feature, checkt the parameters, maybe it is set to yes so this is why the posts are not displayed in the frontend.
