Allow users to authorized images and categories

Hallo!

Is there some way to allow users with the status "Registered" to authorize uploaded images and created categories from the frontend?

I have searched the forum and on Google but i can´t find something that´s like my request.

Hi, then disable authorization for the images. If registered is able to authorize = If registered can upload images without authorization.
