FastCGI Error "activity timeout" with Phoca Gallery

Hello

Since today I'm getting this error message by clicking on Phoca Gallery -> Images

FastCGI Error
The FastCGI Handler was unable to process the request.

Error Details:

The FastCGI process exceeded configured activity timeout
Error Number: 258 (0x80070102).
Error Description: The wait operation timed out.

HTTP Error 500 - Server Error.
Internet Information Services (IIS)


System:
Host Europe Windows vServer with IIS 6.0
Joomla 1.5.23
Phoca Gallery 2.8.0
php.ini & fcgiext.ini: RequestTimeout=1000 & ActivityTimeout=1000
php.ini: max_execution_time = 100000 & max_input_time = 100000

But the error message appears after ca. 20 seconds


Any ideas what's wrong and if this could be a server or a Phoca problem?
