Mobile Picture Submissions

Phoca is already the best Joomla Gallery available. A great enhancement would be providing the ability to add images via mobile phone. A Joomla plug in called MMS Blog (see: http://mms.pipp.no/doku.php/start)
does this e.g you can set up accounts to upload images and comments to a blog page. Basically it logins into a defined mail box, takes subject as image title, body as comments and publishes to defined blog pages. each mail account can be tied to a blog page.

It would be good if Phoca could do a similar thing. But instead of uploading to blog page it uploads and publishes to a category.

P.S Iam willing to pay a $100 bounty to have this fast tracked.
