Thumbnail Images Not Displaying Properly in IE8

I have created several categories with images and the thumbnails are showing perfectly in Firefox, but there looks to be some weird cropping and padding when viewing in IE8. You can view the galleries using the following link:
http://danaescreations.com/index.php?op ... &Itemid=40. Currently using Joomla 1.5.

The images show fine when viewing the larger images, but I can't figure out how to get the thumbnails to display properly in IE8. Not sure if it is a styling issue or if there is a certain setting that needs to be changed.

Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
