Warning: Failed to change file permissions!

Today an error started to appear every time when I add an image to the server using upload function:

        Warning: Failed to change file permissions!
        Unable to upload file

It's strange because the image is uploaded and i have no problems using it.

The permissions of my folder where i store images is set to: 0755
And the images permissions within that folder are: 0644

I figured that it is not phoca gallery problem because when i upload the picture using media manager the same issue appears.

Hi, yes you need to check permissions and ownership on your server (+ trying to enable/disable ftp layer)
