I have created menu-items in Joomla! 1.7 and they are showing thumbnails out of a specific category.
Now I like to publish the category-title above the thumbnails.
Is that possible?
At this forum I have seen a topic of 2010.
In that year it wasn;t possible and someone asked to put this question at the "wished features"list.
I hope it is solved yet, but I can't find it.
How to show Category-title above thumbnailsview?

Re: How to show Category-title above thumbnailsview?
Hi Jan, thanks for your reply.
I've changed a lot of settings in the Options.
Now I've the name of the top-category above the sub-categories.
For example: The top-category is 2011.
When I click in the menu at "Concert in beeld",then at "Concertfoto's" and after that I choose for "2011".
I see the subcategories of 2011, but there is no category-name "2011" above the subcategories.
When I open a subcategorie, the there is the top-categoryname of "2011".
Is it possible to show "2011" above the subcategories?
After almost an hour testing in the options, I hope you can show me where I can find it.
You can see what I will show you at my site: http://www.bergkerkconcerten.nl

Hi, in such case you need to somehow customize it - some search and replace funtion to find the string you need and then to paste it where you need but no experiences so for now no specific advices

OK Jan even that is an answer.
I'm not a good programmer of PHP-prof.
So I don't think I can find that.
But I will ask the Joomla Community in the Netherlands to help me.
Maybe we can help eachother.
If I have an solution, I will post that here in this forum.
Thanks for all you do at this forum and as programmer of the very good Phoca-extensions.
