Core Design Access Text In Phoca Download

I'm trying to use the "Core Design Access Text plugin" in Phoca Download > Options > Description.

The code works fine in the Joomla content but not in Phoca Download. It keeps adding the extra quote that you see at the end. Any idea why this is happening?

Hi, if this is a content plugin, it works only in articles, or in fields which simulate article behaviour - so this needs to be customized in the code, search this forum for more info.
