Workflow with files

Hello.
Is it possible to do workflow with files just like some components do with articles?
Like "Revise, edit and approve article changes before going live with those changes", but instead of doing that with articles, I wanna do it with files created by Phoca Download

Hmm ok, but can the user upload a file to an article?
Because that Phoca Download Button Plugin is only for the admin, right?
If there's a way to do it I think I could use Phoca + some workflow component

Hi, article itself cannot include a file, this must be attached by some link to some download extension. Article can only include text plus its formatting.
