Alias field dosen't work correctly! :-(

when in joomla global configuration SEO Settings > Unicode Aliases is set to "yes" normally alias fields must automatically fill with title field but in phoca gallery in Image Edit form it doesn't work correctly and alias field fills with a date not with title in unicode .
