Upload error phocagallery

I have error uploading photos
I have already updated and searched on different forums.
I have try to upload in Firefox, IE and Opera. Tried all three types and even via media upload.
Also old photos which are uploaded.

Please help

Where do i put exactly this piece, im a new bee to joomla. Sorry
I have acces to .httacces not to php.ini and i dont know also how to find. searching on google at the moment.

Hi, you can paste it everywhere in the .htaccess but on the new line, and you should know if such option is enabled on your webhosting.
