lack of useful module,forced me to stick with 1.3.9 needhelp

because my website need some module which are only available in joomla 1.5 I can't upgrade to joomla 1.7 and PHDL 2.1

is there anybody here to help ?
I only need 3 modules.
1-latest files
2-popular(most downloaded)
3-recommended files(chosen by me at back end)
Anyone here can help me ?thank you in advanced
