Captcha work only if i click reload captcha button!

Why?

it is a big problem, it give me every time the "incorrect code" error!!!!!

But if i click on "reload captca" button... the captcha works!

This problem occuors with any tipe of captcha.

Guestbook 1.4.4 and joomla 1.5.23

Hi, can I see the site where this occurs? Maybe try to check the cache and try to search similar topics here in the forum.

Hmmm, I see it now, this seems like some cache problem, really no idea what can be wrong there :-( :idea:

I have disable every type of cache fo joomla (no cache was active before). All permission are ok.

Hi, yes you can overwrite them but really not sure if this may help :idea:

Nothing to do, it doesn't work! :cry:

it is a big problem because users try and the renounce to use guestbook.... only smartest try to reloade captcha and then they use it!

Hi, yes it is really a problem, but the solution must be found somewhere on the server :-(, really no idea what should be checked as no experiences there.

Maybe try to disable all modules and enable standard template to test, if this is not somehow in conflict with another parts of the site :-( :idea:
