Ihre Fomulardaten sind nicht gültig!

Hello friends of the forum.
I am Conny and working with Phoca Guestbook V1.4.4 and Joomla 1.5.18
A user of the guestbook have the error message "Ihre Fomulardaten sind nicht gültig!" after sending.
The user have the same problem with Internet Explorer 9 and Firefox browser.

I try to reproduce the problem by using IE 9 and Firefox 5, but I can't reproduce the error message.
Is this problem known, and a solution available?

You can answer also in German, because I am from Bavaria.

Hi, really not sure what this may mean? Mostly this message is displyed in case the link to guestbook was not correct - it is mostly a protection against spam.

thanks for your answer.
I am sure, that the link to the guestbook is correct, because a lot of people are able to write into it.
I am receiving spams, but I enable every entry after reading the messages.

Hi Conny,

First of all: Same here. Some Users unable to post in the guestbook with the same Error-Msg.

After checking lot's of things, i find out this problem only occurs on Win7-OS with IE9 oder Firefox 5 - I'm not a Internet-Pro, so i can't make a suggestion wich changing in Windows or in the browsers are done, so that it happend, but maybe we find a kind of a bug.

Hi, maybe try to recheck the mootools library on your server (Joomla!) try to upgrade it.

Hi guys,
I have tested with Win7 64 Bit, IE 9 and Firefox 5, but I can't reproduce the error message.
I read, that an upgrade of the mootools library is very complex and that some other extensions doesn't work properly after the update.
