1. Question: Whatever i do shadow images of the main categories have disappeared forever. How do I restore them? I want images to have shadows like images in sidebar (right)!

2. Question: In my subcategories I want three columns, not two as at present! How can I make this setting?

1) you can set it in parameters component in menu link to gallery or create them special:

Thank you for the last tip, it's useful.

But i can not set my subcategories are displayed in 3 columns, as in the major categories.

Text of some names is long and this makes it difficult to align properly. While the main categories when we have 2 words, the system downloads them on 2 lines and no problem. How do I do this work with subcategories?

Hi, then you need to customize the html output in the code

In parameters you can set the the empty space will work as wrap and this should work for subcategories too.
