I have a catergory that is "checked out" ... it has a lock symbol in it.
I've tried to edit and re-save ..that doesn't work. I've tried the Global Checkin but it doesn't see anything checked out.
This is Gallery 3.0b1 on Joomla 1.6.4

Hi, testing now, and the global checkin is working Ok 
In Joomla! 1.6 you need to click on Checkin button too (this was not in 1.5)
