Fatal error in initialization

I get a fatal error when attempting load PhocaGallery. I would really like to use this program as apposed to Gallery2 but I am discouraged by the immediate crash when trying to load the extension. The error is as posted below:

Fatal error: Cannot make static method JLoader::import() non static in class PhocaGalleryLoader in /home/content/20/3380620/html/site/administrator/components/com_phocagallery/libraries/loader.php on line 75

The second line is the system path to space normally called htdocs on an apache server. Unfortunately, I am not authorized to use mod_rewrite for this site.

Hi, not sure what is problem on your server, but you or someone needs to checkt he settings of the server.

Try to reinstall Joomla! and Phoca Gallery, if there were no problems with some corrupted files.

Which PHP version you are running?
