How do I remove an installed theme?

Hi, you need to overwrite it with other, e.g. with default.

Does the template (for ex default) override the formatting settings (for ex background color, font color etc) under "category view settings"?

Hi, if you don't want to override the settings, just unzip the main Phoca Gallery ZIP and copy the fronten images to your server through the ftp, so they will overwrite the current.
