Settings question

Hi,
I suppose i'm just totally not seeing it but i was wondering where the general settings are.
I am on Joomla 1.6 with the latest phoca release. I need to set the program to display the mirror links due to the data limit on my server

Hi, like in every Joomla! component - in options at the right top in administration.
