Problem with Preview Files (Audio & Vide)

I have installed Phoca Download and have a problem with preview audio and video files. I turn on the PA view and I do not know why this happens?

Does anyone know why this happens?

Hi, I see no preview button there, did you enabled it in your parameters, is it mp3 or flv which can be played by the flow player?
