"Category must have title" ..but it has!

Hi all!
I have this problem with phoca gallery: when I try to create a new category I get the message "Save failed with the following error: Category must have title" also if the category title is specified.
I have seen (in this forum) the solution to the same problem for the phoca download component here: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=12731
But... for phoca gallery component?

I use:
Joomla 1.6.3
Phoca Gallery 3.0.0

Hi, did you enable debug mode to get info from database, if there is no problem?
