Error while downloading file

Hi,

i receive the error in subject on this page:

Can you detect what's wrong?

I have the following configuration: Joomla 1.5.23 installed on Windows Server 2003, PhocaDownload 1.3.8
The download folder is web_downloads and is outside the public url so in my settings I have my:

Absolute Path: F:\web_downloads

(I also tried F:/web_downloads, F:\web_downloads\, F:/web_downloads/ with no success)

The Section, Category and file are all Public.

Hi, does it work with standard folder, if yes, then there must be some problem with the absolute path, but really not sure
