resize thumbnails

i tried like mad to resize the thumbnails of my pictures and couldn't find anything usefull.
can someone help me?

Hi,
see: Main --> Images And Detail Window Size Settings https://www.phoca.cz/documents/2-phoca-g ... parameters
1.) Change width and height of small, medium and large thumbs as you like.
Save your settings!
2.) Delete the old thumbs and create them with new sizes once more.

thanks. i had to change the size of the middle picture although i have choosen the small picture. anyway it works.
the thing now is, that the box around is still bigger, can i change that also? i tried with the theme. but when i try to load and install a picture it says:
UNKNOWNARCHIVETYPE
Das Themen-Installationspaket wurde nicht gefunden.
what can i do to change the box around?
