I uploaded some images to use in Slideshow Nivo and everything worked well. Pictures are displayed in the 970x230 size. I later uploaded some more the next day and these pictures are displayed about 1/2 or 2/3 size in the upper left-hand corner of the window for the slideshow. (See example below.) I deleted the pictures and uploaded them again. I got the white page with the link to stop thumbnail creation and it just stayed there forever. I found that the thumbnail creation had been turned off somehow. I started it again and same thing. I deleted the pictures again and started over. Turned on the thumbnail creation again and ended up with the 1/2 or 2/3 size pictures in the slideshow again. The original pictures, which I did not delete or mess with at all, are still fine, of course. But once it gets to the new pictures in the sequence, they are too small again.
Note: It always chokes on thumbnail creation when I access remotely, and only sometimes happens when I'm logged on locally to the server. And when logged on locally, these new pictures always end up smaller than they are supposed to be.
Any ideas as to why this is happening and how I can fix it?
