Ordering not working

Image ordering not working.

First image is last image in admin thumb list. Ordered all settings in global to "ordering descending". This means that the last image in frontend should show first...Any change in settings will not materialize. Always last image in the thumb-list (admin) will show first....Setting in menu link all set to "global"

Advise would be appreciated

Hi, I see 404 on that site, check if the ordering was the right parameter (there are more different ordering parameters), see:

Menu link was changed after posting. Sorry for that....

We currently have only one menu link to the gallery cat. list layout. The menu link entries are all set to "global" and all settings are done in global configuration and "ordering" does not work

* Error reporting maximum: No errors while (correct) saving...Any other parameter will react except ordering...Simply takes the last image with any setting.

* No warnings

* Suhosin settings no issue

Hi, testing now in 2.7.8

Changed - Parameters (Component) - Categories View Settings (List of Categories) - Categories Image Ordering

or
Category Image Ordering in Category View Settings (List of Images) and in both views (Category, Categories) the images are changing by ordering
