Error loading photos in file

I installed Phoca gallery then I created a folder but I could not load any image in this folder.

The images's size is between 150 and 200 kb
Resolution 600x400 pixels almost all

I am trying to make the local site with joomla 1.5.23
Phocagallery v2.7.8



How to solve this problem?

Hi, try to remove the thumbnails on your site (in images/phocagallery/some category/thumbs folder) seems like there were some problem while overwriting the thumbnails

Check the permissions and ownership of files and folders on your server
