Error while downloading file

Hello,
I have been using component Phoca Download 1.2.1 since last 2 years.
It was working perfectly before.
But now since last few months, it is not allowing to download files.
When somebody clicks on the DOWNLOAD link, it shows the message "Error while downloading file" and thats all.
Nothing is downloaded.
Any idea?
Any Solutions?
Help will be very much appreciated.

Hi, try to check the paths to the files, try to enable php error reporting, enable debug mode, see the error log, etc.

Hi Jan,
Thank you for your reply.
I was using 1.2.1 version of phoca download. At that time it was showing files under the download menu. And the error was appearing when someone clicks on the download link.
Now I upgraded PD with 1.3.8 latest version. The problem is that it does not show any files under the categories on the site.
Could you plz. check this link and plz. guide me the solution.

After going on the above url, click on any of the _ _ link. Plz. suggest the solution. I can't figure out where is the problem.

Hi, I see no files listed there, so in such case, the access settings needs to be checked, really no idea what other problem there can be
