Setting up multiple separate galleries inside each cat?

I need to set up multiple separate galleries inside each category and wonder how to do that?

Also, is it possible to remove the icons in the category listing in the sidebar:

Hi, yes, in parameters, you can create a list of categories without images, or you can customize the html output in phoca gallery template to your own.

I don't understand, but in Phoca Gallery, you can set unlimited category tree.
