Problems in Internet Explorer 9

Running a Joomla site, version 1.5.22 with Phoca Guestbook 1.4.4. No problems in Firefox or IE8, but posting new messages in IE9 does not work. When clicking on 'Send' the message is not posted on the guestbook.

Hi, this is known mootools (tinymce) x IE9 problem, you can:

a) disable tinymce editor for the adding of posts in Phoca Guestbook
b) or upgrade the mootools (see joomla.org sites) library to work ok in IE9

I still have this problem when setting 'Enable Javascript Editor' to yes... Can you please instruct me how to fix it. Because I have disabled tinyMce, but still same problem. And i'm not finding out howe to upgrade mootools library

Hi,

1) upgrade of mootools you can find on extensions.joomla.org

While disabling the tinyMCE, there is empty textarea field, so in fact there cannot be such problem
