Due to problems of php I had to install the phoca gallery with the ftp installation. But, i have downloaded the com_phocagallery_v3.0.0_rc5.zip but does not contain any front folder in it as is described in this article https://www.phoca.cz/documents/2-phoca-g ... em-solving section 4. So now after making all the necessary installtion through ftp it seemed to be installed but in the components menu it does not show.
I am asking now if there is some folder from where to download it or how to go about it please.
Installation does not contain front folder

Re: Installation does not contain front folder
Sorry for bumping this topic, but apparently we're ought not to open unneccesary new topics. : )
I have the same problem. The above instructions do not help, since when inserting directory address it gives an error "please give in package address". It seems as if it's looking for a .zip file?
The actual problem is a PhocaGallery error: after installing when I try to acces the PhocaGallery minipage in the backend, it blanks out. In FF it gives a complete white screen and in chrome it gives a server error. Could it have to do something with the front folder missing? Does anyone else have this problem?
Thanks in advance!

Re: Installation does not contain front folder
Hi, just enable php error reporting and debug mode to see which error you get there:
