Some images not shown

Hello,
I use Joomla 1.6.3 and the actually version of PhocaGallery for Joomla 1.6

My problem: I uploaded some photos without problems. Then I got an error, that the thumbnails cannot createt.
Now I wanted to upload some older photos from an older site and the images are not shown in the backend and the frontend of PhocaGallery. I looked in the mediamanager of Joomla and there I can see the photos. But in Phoca I get only an empty image...

Whats wrong?

Hi, you need to enable thumbnail creation in parameters, so the thumbnails can be generated again.
