Not seeing the Categories

Hi. I'm new to the forums but have been in LOVE with the Phoca software for about a year. We use it on our sport fishing web site to allow people to download Google .kmz files (as well as PDF) files.

I have a question. I want to create (and upload) a new file. I have created a new Section called "Fishing Politics" and want to now create a new file and upload it. The software has worked before and continues to work and provide its beautiful interface.

BUT NOW I CAN'T SEE ANY CATEGORIES when I create the New File. I can't see ANY of the five different Categories (six maybe) that I've already created and have used. When I look at the existing ones, they only display two of the existing categories.

Why wouldn't Categories show in the pop-up when I create a new file that's bound to go into an existing Section?

Hi, you should detect which changes were made to find the problem. After which change it stopped to work

Check the rights - access, if everything is approved and published (categories, sections, files), etc.
