I will take a look at it, if I will be able to find the problem in IE9.

Hi, no, thank you, it is fixed now in RC5.

It is fixed (but I found, there is still some small problem when a lot of instances are displayed on the site in IE9, I have tested 3 modules and component together and got still the problem in IE9, then I have removed one <style></style> part in Joomla! site and all worked well, really confusing behaviour in IE9

in fact not solvable).
